The Ocean Park Condos is located minutes from the attractions and 7 miles of sandy beaches that are the charms of Old Orchard Beach. We offer two different choices of accommodations. Condo A is a spacious, newly renovated condo with an attractive kitchen and master bedroom with king-sized bed and private balcony. For those looking for more modest accommodations, we have Condo B that is quaint and features updated eat-in kitchen with easy access to the barbeque and children's play area. Both condos have fully equipped kitchens, queen sized pull-out sleep sofas, air conditioning, heat, flat screen televisions, cable television, wireless internet access, non-smoking and ample parking.
A short distance from the condos is the center of town and the famous Old Orchard Beach Pier, Palace Playland amusement park, shops and many eateries from pizza joints to fine dining restaurants. Every Thursday night starting June 26th to Labor Day there is a fireworks display on the beach next to the pier. Amtrak "The Down-easter" May-November service stops in Saco and Old Orchard Beach, advancement to the Chamber of Commerce building just 100 yards from the beach and the pier.
